Shunsuke Takeda
Graduated from Keio University and worked in investment-related roles at SBI Investment. Engaged in hands-on support for a wide range of sectors and key investment projects, including management and IPO support, serving as an external director and auditor in various companies. In 2016, transferred to SBI Liquidity Market, a part of the SBI Group, where foreign exchange and derivative trading were handled. Played a role in strategic planning, executing multiple M&A transactions, and post-merger integration activities. In 2023, participated in the establishment of Carbon EX.

Kohei Nishiwada
After completing his studies at Keio University, he joined Mitsui & Co. where he assumed responsibility for new business investment and M&A activities in the renewable energy sector across Japan, Europe, and Latin America. During his overseas assignment in Brazil, he was seconded to a distributed power supply company and oversaw investments in a distributed solar retail venture in Brazil, as well as a successful solar bid in Mexico. In addition, he established a solar fund in Japan. Currently, he is leading the development of "Asuene" as the Founder and CEO, a carbon accounting platform aimed at measuring and reducing CO2 emissions, with a mission to create a better world for future generations. He has been recognized for his achievements by being selected as one of the Forbes Japan 100.

Takeshi Kawahara
At E-Trade Securities (now known as SBI Securities), he was instrumental in the system construction of the back office, as well as the UI/UX design, coinciding with the initiation of online trading services. Subsequently, he transferred to SBI Holdings where he was engaged in corporate branding, internal communications, advertising, and the creative direction and operation of the corporate website within the Public Relations and Investor Relations departments. From 2015, he also took on roles at SBI Energy, overseeing the planning and development of renewable energy power generation projects as the head of sales. In 2021, he was appointed as the representative director of the company. Committed to realizing a decarbonized society and sustainable local communities, he has been promoting the proliferation of agriculture-based solar power generation and regional revitalization projects. In 2023, he became involved in the establishment of Carbon EX Inc.

Yoshihiro Iwata
After graduating from Keio University, he joined Keyence, where he was in charge of sales for the Microscope Division. In 2012, he became the youngest manager of the Microscope Division. In 2014, he was transferred to the Sales Promotion Group at the Osaka Head Office, where he was in charge of sales strategy planning and sales promotion. In 2015, he moved to the Strategy Consulting Department of Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting, where he experienced company-wide strategy and new business development for pharmaceuticals, apparel, retail, etc. In 2016, he was asked by Keyence Corporation to launch a new business, and after launching the Tokyo sales office, he was assigned to the Sales Promotion Group at the head office to develop sales strategies. Currently, as co-founder and COO of Asuene, he oversees the establishment and execution of the sales and marketing team.

Takayuki Kageyama
After graduating from Keio University, joined Rakuten, Inc. Recognized with a company award for his outstanding performance in sales, he then transitioned to the New Service Development Department. There, he spearheaded the launch of several new businesses and gained experience in investing in domestic and international startups, with one of them eventually going public. He established a drone business and participated as a researcher in the NEDO project. With the aim of constructing a drone air traffic control system in Japan, he co-founded a joint venture with an overseas startup and assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In 2018, he moved to Apple Japan, where he was responsible for Apple Pay's online business in Japan and South Korea, as well as the transportation business. He played a pivotal role in launching the service in South Korea and promoting the integration of Apple Pay with large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Carbon EX Inc.
